Webinar, 31 March «Support programs for the internationalization of companies in the food and biotechnology value chain. Success stories and opportunities in the Canadian market»

The Galician Food Cluster (Clusaga) organizes on March 31, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (CEST), the online event “Support programs for the internationalization of companies in the food and biotechnology value chain. Success stories and opportunities in the Canadian market”.

Presentation of the internationalization accelerator F2F Health Matters

Among other issues, this webinar will serve as the presentation of the European project F2F Health Matters. It is an internationalization accelerator for innovative agri-food SMEs, promoted by an alliance of five European clusters, including Clusaga, and financed by the European COSME Program.

Its objective is to promote the joint development of collaborative internationalization services, offering practical support to SMEs from the participating regions specialized in the biotechnology and food sectors to develop an international roadmap. The project has targeted five target markets for the sector, with Canada being the first of the three destinations selected to carry out internationalization missions.

Internationalization opportunities for SMEs

This webinar will analyze the possibilities offered by the project, as well as other support programs from public and private organizations, to support companies in the sector in their internationalization in general and, in particular, for the Canadian market.

In addition, the opportunities of this market for the food sector will be analyzed, with a focus on ingredients, products and biotechnological solutions. The session, with a practical approach, will facilitate the debate so that the attendees can express their questions and doubts about the programs and about the Canadian opportunity market.

International speakers

The conference will feature speakers from IGAPE, ICEX-Galicia, ICEX Spain, the Canada-Spain Chamber of Commerce (CCCE), Intercambi Inc. Toronto, the Canadian Embassy and Gedeth Network. You can consult the program of the day for more information.
