Four Seasons Hotel Madrid has announced the appointment of Patrick Pollak as its new Regional Vice President and General Manager. With nearly 30 years of experience at Four Seasons, Pollak brings extensive international expertise in luxury hospitality, having led some of the brand’s flagship properties across North America, Asia and Mexico.
Born in Mexico City to French parents, Patrick Pollak grew up in a multicultural environment that shaped his global vision of hospitality. He later moved to France to study Hotel and Restaurant Management at the prestigious Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, before beginning his career with Four Seasons in 1996 as Bar Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City.

Specialized in Food & Beverage and hotel operations, Pollak developed his career in destinations such as Punta Mita, Dallas, Hualalai (Hawaii), Guangzhou and Toronto, where he managed the brand’s flagship property in Canada before joining Madrid.
At the helm of Four Seasons Hotel Madrid, Pollak takes on the challenge of further strengthening the hotel’s position as a leading urban luxury destination in Europe. His international background and fluency in English, French and Spanish reinforce his ability to lead a property that combines history, innovation and excellence in service.
