This Thursday, February 29, our collaborator myGwork together with IE Out & Allies Club will celebrate Welcome Talent, an event about diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
On this occasion, the central theme of this edition will be: ‘The power of an inclusive brand’. Innovative marketing campaigns that attract diverse talent will be delved into and strategic collaboration between human resources and marketing will be explored to effectively communicate and incorporate organizational values. Without a doubt, an event that promises interesting discussions and networking opportunities.
As a very interesting novelty, a job fair will be held together with the networking space scheduled at the end of the day, in which attendees will be able to interact with companies that offer vibrant and inclusive work environments.
