CGI has worked in partnership with the International Committee of the Red Cross to raise emergency funds for Ukrainians and participates in numerous citizen initiatives to provide them with essential services and resources. Through employee donations and company contributions, CGI has contributed 1 million Canadian dollars and collaborates with other organizations to support those remaining in Ukraine and assist in the resettlement of refugees, including participating in proactive recruitment initiatives.
In addition to the $1 million Canadian donation, CGI professionals around the world are collaborating with government and community organizations to help Ukrainians in a variety of ways, including collecting and distributing clothing, food and medical supplies for refugees. , the reception of these in their homes or the management of free accommodation in host countries, in addition to providing them with training and support for their professional recycling, as well as language courses.
