On November 4, the Bureau du Québec à Barcelone brought together representatives from the Canadian and Spanish business ecosystems at the Smart City Networking Reception, held at the spectacular Pier 07 in Barcelona as part of the Smart City Expo World Congress 2025.
The event was jointly organized by the Bureau du Québec à Barcelone, the Canada–Spain Chamber of Commerce (CCCE), and Investissement Québec International, with the main support of the Montreal Metropolitan Chamber of Commerce (CCMM) and the sponsorship of Air Canada and Klev & Vera International Law Firm.
The reception provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen ties between the Québec delegation and Spanish stakeholders in the urban innovation sector. Attendees included institutional representatives, companies, and members of the CCCE—such as Gedeth Network and Enghouse Interactive—who joined the delegation in this space for collaboration and dialogue.
It was an evening of networking in a relaxed atmosphere, with magnificent views of the Barcelona skyline, further reinforcing the connections between both ecosystems.
